| dc.description.abstract | This theoretical documentary work aims to make an approach to the representativeness of the archive environment and the archivist in the cinematographic world, using as study objects the films: Rogue One and Aquarius. To do this, we performed a film analysis of the two works and added the impressions with the area of archivology and professional performance in Brazil, by identifying if the archive elements and the professional archivist are presented in a satisfactory way to bring positive visibility to the area. A study was carried out on the emergence of archival discipline and its main foundations, as well as on the reality of the professional in Brazil, legislation covering the area and finally, a historical summary about cinema, its technologies and its main challenges in the century XXI. Then, after the analysis of the productions, it was verified that both films presented in a faithful way the archiving environment, but, when approaching the professional reality, they showed several practices that do not fit the assignments of the archivist. Finally, it is shown that the area is still not well represented in works of fiction, contributing to the lack of information society has on the role of the professional, however, the film industry has new productions every year, and perhaps in the future, there may be changes on the representations of the Archivology in the media, enhancing future research. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Este trabalho teórico documental tem como objetivo realizar uma abordagem da representatividade do ambiente de arquivo e do arquivista no mundo cinematográfico, utilizando como objetos de estudo os filmes: Rogue One e Aquarius. Para isso, realizamos uma análise fílmica das duas obras e somamos as impressões com a área de arquivologia e atuação do profissional no Brasil, ao identificarmos se os elementos de arquivo e do profissional arquivista são apresentados de forma satisfatória a ponto de trazer visibilidade positiva para a área. Foi realizado um estudo sobre o surgimento da disciplina arquivística e seus principais fundamentos, bem como acerca da realidade do profissional no Brasil, legislação que abrange a área e, por último, um resumo histórico sobre o cinema, suas tecnologias e seus principais desafios no século XXI. Em seguida, após as análises das produções, constatou-se que ambos os filmes apresentaram de forma fiel o ambiente de arquivo, porém, ao abordarem a realidade profissional, mostraram diversas práticas não condizentes com as atribuições do arquivista. Por fim, mostra-se que a área ainda não é bem representada nas obras de ficção, contribuindo com a falta de informação da sociedade sobre o papel do profissional, contudo, a indústria cinematográfica tem novas produções todos os anos, e, talvez, futuramente, poderão haver mudanças sobre representações da Arquivologia nas mídias, potencializando pesquisas futuras. | pt_BR |
