dc.description.abstractWas studied the diagnosis on the climatology and variability fluviometric (quota or level) of the Tapajós River in the city of Santarem in Para state, where we used data from years 1969 to 2009 of the Agencia Nacional de Aguas. We analyzed the long-wave radiation (OLR), precipitation, sea surface temperature (SST) of the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic to the quarters in October, November and December (OND), January, February and March (JFM), April, May and June (AMJ) and July, August and September (JAS). It was made the climatology of precipitation and elevation data, the data were selected from these extreme years, with positive and negative anomalies. The quarter with the highest share was in April, May and June, and lowest level was in October November December. Largest share of the Tapajós River was registered in 2009 in the month of May, with 819 cm and the lowest was in 1995 with 5 cm in the month of October. The higher altitudes are associated with La Niña, negative temperatures on the surface of the Pacific Ocean and with most of the Atlantic Ocean SST with negative, negative values of outgoing longwave radiation and increased precipitation. The lower elevations are associated with El Niño, or positive temperature on the surface of the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean dipole with positive, positive values of outgoing longwave radiation and lower rainfall.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEstudou-se o diagnóstico sobre a climatologia e variabilidade fluviométrica (cota ou nível) do rio Tapajós no município de Santarém no Pará, onde foram utilizados dados dos anos de 1969 a 2009 da Agencia Nacional de Águas. Foram analisadas radiação de onda longa (ROL), precipitação, temperatura da superfície do Mar (TSM) do Oceano Pacífico e do Atlântico para os trimestres de outubro, novembro e dezembro (OND), janeiro, fevereiro e março (JFM), abril, maio e junho(AMJ) e julho, agosto e setembro (JAS). Foi feita a climatologia dos dados de cota e precipitação, a partir desses dados foram selecionados anos extremos, com anomalias positivas e negativas. O trimestre que apresentou maior cota foi abril, maio e junho, e cota mais baixa foi em outubro novembro dezembro. A Maior cota registrada do rio Tapajós foi em 2009 no mês de maio, com 819 cm e a menor foi em 1995 com 5 cm, no mês de outubro. As cotas mais altas estão associadas com o fenômeno La Ninã, temperaturas negativas na superfície do oceano Pacífico e o com a maior parte do oceano Atlântico com TSM negativa, valores negativos de Radiação de Onda Longa e maior precipitação. As cotas mais baixas estão associadas ao Fenômeno El Niño, ou seja, temperaturas positivas na superfície do oceano Pacífico, o oceano Atlântico com dipolo positivo, valores positivos de Radiação de Onda Longa e menor precipitação.pt_BR
